Cranberry Pineapple Salad
Cranberry Pineapple Salad is an moderately easy salad you can prepare in about 1 hour 22 minutes. Made with (6 oz.) pkg. raspberry flavored gelatin, c. boiling water, (16 oz.) can jellied cranberry sauce, (8 oz.) can crushed pineapple, undrained and c. orange juice, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. In a bowl, dissolve gelatin in boiling water.
Break up and stir in cranberry sauce.
Add pineapple, orange juice and lemon juice.
Chill until partially set.
Stir in nuts.
Pour into an 11 x 7 x 2-inch dish.
Chill until firm.
Cut into squares. Serve each on a lettuce leaf and top with a dollop of mayonnaise.
