Cranberry Pie
Cranberry Pie is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 2 c. fresh cranberries, 1/2 c. sugar, 1/2 c. chopped pecans, 2 eggs and 1 c. sugar, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Great for entertaining guests or a cozy night in.

Grease a 10-inch pie plate.
Spread cranberries over the bottom of the plate and sprinkle with 1/2 cup sugar and nuts.
In a bowl, beat eggs well.
Add 1 cup sugar gradually and beat until thoroughly mixed.
Add flour and melted butter or shortening to egg mixture.
Beat well.
Pour batter over top of cranberries. Bake at 325Β° for 60 minutes or until crust is golden brown.
