Cranberry Pie
Cranberry Pie is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 2 c. fresh cranberries, 1 1/2 c. sugar, 1/2 c. chopped nuts, 2 eggs and 1 c. flour, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. A comforting dish that warms the soul.

Preheat oven to 325°.
Spread cranberries over 10-inch greased pie plate.
Sprinkle with 1/2 cup sugar and nuts over cranberries. In bowl beat eggs well.
Add remaining 1 cup sugar; beat until thoroughly mixed.
Add flour and melted butter.
Beat well.
Pour batter over cranberries.
Bake 1 hour at 325°.
