Cranberry-Pecan Bars
Cranberry-Pecan Bars is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 1 c. all-purpose flour, 2 tbsp. sugar, 1/2 c. margarine or butter, 1 c. finely chopped pecans and 1 1/4 c. sugar, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. A comforting dish that warms the soul.
In a medium mixing bowl, combine the 1 cup flour and the 2 tablespoons sugar with a pastry cutter.
Cut margarine or butter into the flour mixture until the mixture resembles coarse crumbs. Stir in 1/2 cup of the pecans.
Press flour mix into the bottom of an ungreased 13 x 9 x 2-inch baking pan.
Bake at 350Β° for 15 minutes.
