Cranberry Orange Salad
Cranberry Orange Salad is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 2 (3 oz.) pkg. lemon flavored gelatin, 1 c. cold water, 3/4 c. sugar, 1 lb. (4 c.) fresh cranberries and 2 c. boiling water, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Simple to make and full of bold, satisfying flavors.
Stir together the gelatin and boiling water to dissolve.
Add cold water.
Chill until partly thickened.
Cut oranges into wedges and remove seeds.
Don't peel.
Put oranges and cranberries through a food chopper or chop in blender.
Add sugar and celery. Add to partly thickened gelatin mixture. Turn into a mold.
Chill until firm, 3 hours or more.
Makes 12 servings.
