Cranberry Orange Mold
Cranberry Orange Mold is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 1 (8 oz. serving size) pkg. or 2 (4 oz. serving size) pkg. jell-o brand orange or any red flavored sugar-free gelatin, 1 1/2 c. boiling water, 1 (16 oz.) can whole berry cranberry sauce, 1 c. cold water and 1 tbsp. lemon juice, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Ideal for meal prep and leftovers taste even better.
Dissolve gelatin completely in boiling water in large bowl. Stir in cranberry sauce, cold water, lemon juice, cinnamon and cloves.
Refrigerate about 1 1/2 hours or until thickened.
Stir in orange.
Spoon into 5 cup mold.
Refrigerate about 4 hours or until firm.
Unmold; garnish as desired.
Makes about 10 servings.
