Cranberry Nut Bread
Cranberry Nut Bread is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 1/3 c. butter, 1 c. sugar, 2 eggs, 3 c. flour and 2 tsp. baking soda, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Bursting with flavor in every bite.

Heat oven to 350Β°.
Beat spread and sugar until light and fluffy.
Add eggs one at a time, mixing well after each addition. Add dry ingredients with juice, mixing well after each addition. Stir in cranberries, nuts and peel.
Pour in greased and floured 9 x 5-inch loaf pan.
Bake 1 hour and 10 minutes.
Cool 10 minutes. Remove from pan.
Cool completely on wire rack.
Makes 1 loaf.
