Cranberry Mousse
Cranberry Mousse is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 1 can crushed pineapple, 1 (6 oz.) pkg. strawberry jell-o, 1 c. water, 1 can jellied cranberry sauce and 3 tbsp. lemon juice, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Ideal for meal prep and leftovers taste even better.

Drain pineapple well.
Reserve juice.
Add juice and water to Jell-O to dissolve.
Remove from heat.
Blend in cranberry sauce until smooth.
Add lemon juice, peel and nutmeg.
Chill until slightly thickened.
Blend in sour cream.
Fold in pineapple and nuts.
Chill.
Great served with turkey on Thanksgiving.
