Cranberry Mold
Cranberry Mold is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 2 envelopes unflavored gelatin, 1 c. orange juice, 2 (1 lb.) cans whole cranberry sauce, 2 tbsp. sugar and 1/2 c. chopped, peeled apple, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Packed with nutrients and delicious flavors.

Sprinkle gelatin into orange juice to soften.
Let soak 5 minutes.
Stir over low heat until gelatin is dissolved.
Remove from heat.
Add cranberry sauce and sugar.
Fold in apple, celery and nuts.
Pour into a 1 1/2-quart mold that has been lightly greased with mayonnaise and chill.
Unmold on lettuce-lined plate. Fill center with mayonnaise.
