Cranberry Mandarin Salad
Cranberry Mandarin Salad is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 2 (3 oz.) pkg. lemon gelatin, 1 (16 oz.) can whole cranberry sauce, 1 c. chopped walnuts, 1 (11 oz.) can mandarin oranges, drained and 1 (8 3/4 oz.) can crushed pineapple, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Simple to make and full of bold, satisfying flavors.
Combine gelatin and cranberry sauce in saucepan over medium heat; heat and stir until almost boiling and gelatin is dissolved. Remove from heat.
Stir in walnuts, mandarin oranges, undrained pineapple and ginger ale.
When sizzling stops, pour mixture into oiled 5-cup mold.
Chill until set.
Serves 8.
