Cranberry Jello Salad
Cranberry Jello Salad is an easy dinner. Made with 1 (16 oz.) jellied cranberry sauce, 2 (3 oz.) raspberry jell-o, 2 c. boiling water, 1 c. sour cream and 1 c. pecans, chopped fine, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. A classic recipe that has been enjoyed for generations.
Mix cranberry sauce and 1 cup boiling water with blender until smooth.
Mix Jell-O and 1 cup boiling water; add to cranberry sauce and add pecans.
Pour 1/2 mixture into pan.
Let it set until firm, about 1 hour.
Spread sour cream; add rest of mixture and refrigerate until firm.
Cut into squares.
