Cranberry Jello Mold
Cranberry Jello Mold is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 2 (8 servings each) pkg. raspberry gelatin, 3 3/4 c. boiling water, cold water and ice cubes (to make 2 c.), 1 lb. can whole cranberry sauce or use 1 lb. bag cranberries (put through meat grinder or processor with 2 c. sugar added after cranberries are ground or chopped) and 1/2 c. chopped walnuts, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. A crowd-pleaser that never disappoints.

Dissolve gelatin in boiling water; add cold water and ice cubes.
Cool until partially set.
Stir in all remaining ingredients and pour into molds; chill until set.
Makes 2 large jello molds.
