Cranberry Ice is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 3 c. cranberries, 1 1/2 c. water, 1 1/2 c. sugar, 1/4 c. lemon juice and 1 tbsp. grated lemon rind, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. An easy weeknight meal that comes together quickly.

Cook berries and 2 cups of water about 10 minutes.
Put through sieve to make a smooth pulp.
Stir in rest of the ingredients.
Pour into freezing tray.
Freeze until firm, stirring several times.
