Cranberry Gelatin Salad
Cranberry Gelatin Salad is an easy dinner. Made with 2-3 oz packages raspberry jell-o, 1 1/2 cups boiling water, 2 tbsp grated orange rind, chopped apple, celery and walnuts to equal 2 1/2 cups and 1- 1 lb can jellied cranberry sauce, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. An easy weeknight meal that comes together quickly.

Dissolve gelatin in boiling water.
Add cranberry sauce and orange rind.
Chill until thickened.
Fold in apples, celery and nuts.
