Cranberry Gelatin Salad
Cranberry Gelatin Salad is an easy dinner. Made with 2 pkg. (3 oz. each) cherry flavor gelatin, 1 can (8 1/2 oz.) crushed pineapple, 1 can (16 oz.) whole cranberry sauce and 1 c. dairy sour cream, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. In a bowl dissolve gelatin in 2 cups of boiling water.
Stir in pineapple.
Chill until partially set.
Fold in cranberry sauce.
Spoon into 8-inch square pan.
Spoon sour cream in top and stir through to marble.
Chill until firm.
Cut into squares to serve.
