Cranberry Fruit Mold
Cranberry Fruit Mold is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 2 (3 oz.) or 1 (6 oz.) pkg. red jell-o, 2 c. boiling water, 1 (8 oz.) can jellied cranberry sauce, 1 c. cold water and 1 c. diced peeled apples, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Simple to make and full of bold, satisfying flavors.
Dissolve Jell-O in 2 cups boiling water.
Add jellied cranberry sauce.
(You can also use whole cranberry sauce.)
Stir until smooth.
Add 1 cup cold water.
Chill until thickened.
Fold in 1 cup diced peeled apples and 1 cup diced peeled oranges.
Pour into a 6 cup mold or 8 x 8-inch pan.
Chill and serve.
Serves 10.
