Cranberry Crumb Bars
Cranberry Crumb Bars is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 2 1/4 c. flour, 1 1/2 c. uncooked regular oats, 1 c. sugar, 1 c. margarine, softened and 1 (16 oz.) can whole cranberries, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Bursting with flavor in every bite.
Mix 2 cups flour with oats, sugar and margarine until crumbly. Reserve 1 1/2 cups of oats mixture.
Press remaining in bottom of greased 12 x 9 x 2-inch pan.
Bake at 350° for 15 minutes.
In small bowl, mix cranberry sauce with marmalade, almonds and remaining 1/4 cup flour.
Spoon over oat mixture in pan.
Sprinkle with remaining oat mixture.
Bake at 350° for 45 minutes, or until golden brown.
Cool; cut into squares to serve.
