Cranberry Bread
Cranberry Bread is an impressive dinner. Made with 1 c. margarine or shortening, 2 c. sugar, 4 eggs, 3 1/2 c. flour and 1/2 tsp. salt, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. An easy weeknight meal that comes together quickly.

Cream shortening and sugar.
Add eggs and cream good.
Add flour, salt, soda, sour cream, flavorings and orange juice.
Mix good.
Add cranberries, orange rind and nuts; mix well.
Makes 7 small aluminum foil pans or 3 large loaves.
Bake in 350Β° oven for 45 minutes for small pans or for 50 to 60 minutes for large loaf pans.
