Cranberry Bread
Cranberry Bread is an impressive dinner. Made with 2 c. whole wheat flour, 2 c. white flour, 1 tbsp. baking powder, 1 tsp. baking soda and 1 tsp. salt, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Simple to make and full of bold, satisfying flavors.

Sift dry ingredients together.
Cut in butter until mixture resembles coarse meal.
Combine orange rind, orange juice and eggs.
Add to dry ingredients and mix just to moisten.
Fold in berries, nuts and raisins.
Turn into 2 greased and floured 9 x 5-inch loaf pans.
Bake in 350Β° oven for 55 to 60 minutes.
Cool. Slices better the next day.
