Cranberry Bread
Cranberry Bread is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 2 c. whole wheat flour, 2 c. white flour, 1 tbsp. baking powder, 1/2 tsp. salt and 1 c. brown sugar, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Simple to make and full of bold, satisfying flavors.

Mix flours, baking powder and salt and set aside.
In mixer bowl, combine sugars, oil and eggs.
Mix in rind and juice. Stir in flour mixture.
Do not beat.
Stir in cranberries and nuts.
Bake in 2 greased loaf pans at 350Β° for 1 hour.
Freezes well.
