Cranberry Bread
Cranberry Bread is an impressive dinner. Made with 2 c. whole wheat flour, 2 c. white flour, 2 tbsp. baking powder, 1 tsp. salt and 1/2 tsp. cinnamon, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Perfect for family dinners and special occasions.

Sift dry ingredients together; cut in butter.
Combine orange rind, orange juice and eggs.
Add to dry ingredients, mixing just to moisten.
Fold in coarsely chopped cranberries, nuts and vanilla.
Turn into 2 greased and floured 9 x 5-inch loaf pans. Bake at 350Β° for 55 to 60 minutes (or until done).
Slices best the next day.
