Cranberry Apple Mold

Sprinkle gelatin over cold water in a small saucepan; let stand minutes. Stir until liquid is almost boiling gelatin is completely dissolved.
Remove from heat. Stir cranberry sauce and lemon juice.
Chill until the mixture mounds when dropped from a spoon. Fold in apple, celery and nuts. Turn into a 3 1/2-cup mold.
Chill until firm; unmold and garnish with thinly sliced apples.
