Crackers
Crackers is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 1 1/4 c. water, 1/4 c. raw cashews, 1 1/2 tbsp. cornmeal, 3/4 c. rolled oats and 1/2 c. water, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. A comforting dish that warms the soul.

Blend cashews with 3/4 cup water until very smooth.
Add sesame seed and coconut and continue blending.
Add all other ingredients and blend until smooth.
Pour onto an 11 x 17-inch cookie sheet.
Bake at 350Β° for 20 minutes.
Remove from oven and score to desired cracker size.
Continue baking until lightly browned.
