Cracker Candy is an easy dinner. Made with 1 pkg. saltine crackers, 2 sticks real butter (no substitutes), 1 c. sugar, 1 (12 oz.) pkg. semi-sweet chocolate chips and 1 c. chopped nuts, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Simple to make and full of bold, satisfying flavors.

Layer saltines on an aluminum foil-lined jelly roll pan. Bring butter and sugar to boil over medium heat.
Boil 3 minutes, stirring constantly.
Pour and spread mixture over saltines.
Bake at 350Β° for 10 to 15 minutes or until golden brown.
Cool slightly and sprinkle with chocolate chips, spreading as they melt.
Top with nuts, if desired.
Refrigerate to cool.
Break into pieces.
