Cracker Cake
Cracker Cake is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 1 1/2 saltine cracker crumbs, 2 c. fine nuts, 2 tsp. baking powder, 6 egg whites and 1 tbsp. vanilla, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. A crowd-pleaser that never disappoints.

Mix the first 3 ingredients together.
Beat egg whites and vanilla until small peaks.
Gradually add sugar to egg whites while beating until stiff peaks, but not dry.
Carefully fold dry mixture into egg whites.
Line cake pans with aluminum foil, shiny side up.
Grease foil and divide the batter evenly into pans. Bake at 325Β° for 40 to 45 minutes.
Let cool slightly.
Lift foil from pan and peel foil away from layers.
