Crabmeat Supreme
Crabmeat Supreme is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 1 flat can (6 oz.) crabmeat with juice, 1 flat can tuna, drained, 1 stick butter or margarine, 1 can cream of mushroom soup (undiluted) and 3 c. sharp cheddar cheese, shredded, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Simple to make and full of bold, satisfying flavors.
Melt cheese and margarine in double boiler.
(I prefer crock-pot.)
Add other ingredients and let simmer.
(Seafood flavor increases as it simmers.)
Add olives at serving time. Serve in patty shells, over toast points, rice or noodles.
Serves 12.
