Crabmeat Roll
Crabmeat Roll is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 1/2 c. tomato juice, 1 c. breadcrumbs, dash of pepper, 1/2 tsp. chopped celery and 12 strips bacon, cut in half crosswise, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. A crowd-pleaser that never disappoints.

Mix tomato juice and egg.
Add crumbs, parsley, celery and crabmeat.
Mix well.
Roll into finger lengths.
Wrap each with 1/2 strip bacon.
Broil, turning to brown evenly.
