Crabmeat Quiche
Crabmeat Quiche is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 1/2 c. mayonnaise, 2 tbsp. flour, 2 beaten eggs, 1/2 c. milk and 1 (6 oz.) can crabmeat, drained and flaked, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Great for entertaining guests or a cozy night in.

Bake pie shell at 400° for 5 minutes; cool.
Combine mayonnaise, flour, eggs and milk.
Mix until blended.
Saute onions in butter. Add crabmeat, cheese and sauteed onions to above mixture.
Pour into pastry lined plate.
Bake at 350° for 40 to 45 minutes.
