Crabmeat Quiche
Crabmeat Quiche is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 1 lb. crabmeat, 8 oz. swiss cheese, shredded, 8 oz. cheddar cheese, shredded, 1 c. half and half and 2 eggs, lightly beaten, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. A classic recipe that has been enjoyed for generations.

Place all ingredients (except pie shells) together in a bowl and mix well.
Spoon the mixture into the 2 pie shells.
