Crabmeat Mold is an impressive dinner. Made with 2 envelopes plain gelatin, 1/2 c. water, 1 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese, 1 can cream of mushroom soup and 1 lb. fresh crabmeat, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. An easy weeknight meal that comes together quickly.

Soften gelatin in water.
Put soup on low heat until warm. Add gelatin.
Over low heat, stir until dissolved.
Add mayonnaise and cream cheese.
Mix until smooth. Add other ingredients, adding crabmeat last.
Pour into dish greased with mayonnaise. Serve with crackers.
