Scoop out center of each roll with melon baller.
Set rolls aside.
Combine crabmeat and next 6 ingredients; stir well.
Spoon about 2 teaspoons crabmeat mixture into each roll.
Bake at 325Β° for 10 minutes or until cheese melts.
Garnish with ripe olives and parsley sprigs.
