Crabmeat Au Gratin
Crabmeat Au Gratin is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 1 small onion, 4 tbsp. butter, 2 tbsp. flour, 1 1/2 c. milk and 2 cans crabmeat, drained, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Ideal for meal prep and leftovers taste even better.

Saute onion in butter until soft; blend in flour.
Add milk, stirring constantly.
Thickened. Add crabmeat, pimento, salt, pepper and cheese; stir until cheese melts.
Place 1/2 mixture in greased casserole; cover with 1/2 bread crumbs. Add remaining crab mixture; top with remaining bread crumbs. Bake for 20 minutes at 350Β°.
