Crabcakes
Crabcakes is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 1 lb. crabmeat, 3 tbsp. bread crumbs, 3/8 c. mayonnaise (almost 1/2 c.), 2 eggs and 2 tbsp. dijon mustard, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Perfect for family dinners and special occasions.
Clean crabmeat and drain. Sprinkle bread crumbs on top of crab.
In a separate bowl, beat rest of ingredients (except for butter) into a sauce.
Fold this mixture into crabmeat and bread crumbs.
Grease cookie sheet with butter. Scoop mixture into ice cream scooper to form shape of crabcake.
Place on cookie sheet and put a thin slice of butter on top of each crabcake.
Broil until golden brown. Recipe makes 6 crabcakes.
