Crab Supreme
Crab Supreme is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 8 slices bread, cubed, 2 c. crab or tuna (12 oz. can), 1 small onion, chopped, 1/2 c. chopped celery and 1/2 c. mayonnaise, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. A comforting dish that warms the soul.

Cook celery slowly in water 10 minutes and drain.
Spread one-half bread cubes in buttered 9 x 13-inch casserole.
Spread crab, onion, mayonnaise, pepper and celery over bread.
Put the other half of bread on top.
Pour eggs and milk over all. Refrigerate overnight.
Bake at 325Β° for 15 minutes.
Take out of oven and spread soup over top.
Add cheese and paprika.
Bake uncovered 1 hour.
Great for a luncheon!
