Crab Stuffed Mushrooms
Crab Stuffed Mushrooms is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 1 lb. or more large fresh mushrooms, 1 (7 oz.) can crab meat, 1 c. grated sharp cheddar cheese, 1/2 c. mayonnaise and 1/2 c. crushed ritz crackers, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Simple to make and full of bold, satisfying flavors.
Remove stems from mushrooms and wash carefully.
Save stems for another dish.
Combine drained crab meat and grated sharp cheese.
Add mayonnaise and mix well with a fork.
Stuff this mixture into each mushroom cap.
Sprinkle each with crushed crackers.
Bake for 10 minutes in 350Β° oven.
Then sprinkle with Parmesan cheese and run under the broiler until they bubble. Serves 8.
