Crab Stroganoff
Crab Stroganoff is an impressive dinner you can prepare in about 1 hour 18 minutes. Made with (8 oz.) pkg. wide egg noodles, . fresh mushrooms, sliced, c. milk, (16 oz.) pkg. crab delights and (8 oz.) pkg. sour cream, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Bursting with flavor in every bite.
Cook noodles as directed on package.
In skillet over medium heat, cook mushrooms in butter until all liquid is absorbed. Stir in undiluted soup, milk and wine (increase milk to 1 1/4 cups if not using wine).
Cook until sauce boils.
Reduce heat.
Add crabmeat, peas and sour cream.
Heat through; do not boil.
Toss with noodles and parsley.
