Crab Soufflé
Crab Soufflé is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 8 oz. cream cheese, 3/4 c. mayonnaise, 1 tbsp. lemon juice, 1 egg, beaten and 1 can crab meat, rinsed and drained, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Simple to make and full of bold, satisfying flavors.
👨🍳 Instructions
Cream cream cheese and mayonnaise; add remaining ingredients, except Worcestershire, and mix.
Add a couple of drops of Worcestershire.
Bake in a greased soufflé dish at 350° for 30 minutes, until light brown and bubbly.
Serve as a dip or spread with Triscuits or other crackers.
