Crab Quiche
Crab Quiche is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 1 (6 oz.) can crabmeat, drained, 1 c. shredded swiss or mozzarella cheese, 1/3 c. minced green onions, 1 tbsp. minced fresh parsley and 4 eggs, beaten, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Bake at 425° the deep dish pie crust for 5 minutes.
Prick bottom and sides of pastry.
Sprinkle crabmeat, cheese, green onions and 1 tablespoon parsley evenly into pastry shell.
Combine next 4 ingredients; stir well.
Pour over crabmeat mixture.
Bake in 325° oven for 35 to 40 minutes.
Let stand 10 minutes before serving.
