Crab Quiche
Crab Quiche is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 1/2 c. mayonnaise, 2 tbsp. flour, 2 beaten eggs, 1/2 c. milk and 1 3/4 c. drained, cooked bacon, crabmeat, shrimp or mushrooms and ham, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Ideal for meal prep and leftovers taste even better.

Blend mayonnaise, flour, beaten eggs and milk, in blender.
Add meat, Swiss cheese and green onions after blending.
Blend all together.
Pour into Mrs. Smith's 9-inch pie shells.
Bake at 350Β° for 40 to 50 minutes.
Check for doneness by inserting knife. Comes out clean when done.
