Crab Puffs
Crab Puffs is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 1 (6 oz.) can crabmeat, drained, 1/2 c. (2 oz.) grated healthy choice fat-free mozzarella cheese, 1/3 c. green onion (including tops), chopped, 1 tsp. dry mustard and 1 tsp. worcestershire sauce, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Great for entertaining guests or a cozy night in.

Mix together the first 6 ingredients; set aside.
Boil water, Butter Buds and salt in saucepan.
Reduce heat.
Gradually add flour.
Stir vigorously until mixture forms a ball.
Remove from heat; cool 10 minutes.
Stir in Egg Beaters, beating with a wooden spoon.
When smooth, add crab mixture.
Drop heaping teaspoonfuls onto sprayed baking sheet.
Bake at 400° for 15 minutes.
Reduce to 350° and bake 10 more minutes (freezes well).
Serves 48.
