Crab Mousse
Crab Mousse is an moderately easy dessert you can prepare in about 1 hour 22 minutes. Made with cream of mushroom soup, (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese, softened, . gelatin, dissolved in 3 tbsp. water, c. chopped green onion and c. chopped celery, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Heat soup; add cream cheese.
Add gelatin.
Cool mixture.
Add vegetables, mayonnaise and crab.
Season with Tabasco sauce, garlic salt and parsley to taste.
Put into greased 4 cup mold. Refrigerate overnight.
Unmold onto platter lined with lettuce leaves.
Garnish with lemon wedges.
