Crab Mold
Crab Mold is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 1 lb. crab meat, 1 box knox unflavored gelatin, 1 can cream of mushroom soup, 1 c. mayonnaise and 1 onion, finely minced, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Ideal for meal prep and leftovers taste even better.
Heat undiluted soup until warm (do not boil).
Dissolve gelatin in 3 tablespoons cold water.
Add to soup.
Add cream cheese and mayonnaise.
Beat with mixer until well blended.
Stir in celery, onions, green peppers and crab meat.
Pour into a greased 1-quart mold.
Put in refrigerator to congeal.
Serve with crackers of your choice.
