Crab Mold
Crab Mold is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 2 envelopes unflavored gelatin, 1/4 c. cold water, 1 can cream of mushroom soup or cream of shrimp soup, 1 (8 oz.) cream cheese and 1 (7 oz.) can crab, shrimp or lobster, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Dissolve gelatin in water.
Heat gelatin, soup and cream cheese until melted.
Use a wire whip to cream it.
Remove from heat and add all other ingredients.
Pour into mold and chill. Unmold and serve with crackers.
Makes one large mold or two small.
