Crab Meat Quiche
Crab Meat Quiche is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 2 tbsp. flour, 1/2 c. milk, 2 beaten eggs, 1/2 c. mayonnaise and 1 (8 oz.) pkg. swiss cheese, grated, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Great for entertaining guests or a cozy night in.

Mix flour and milk.
Add eggs and mayonnaise.
Add cheese, crab meat, green onion, bacon bits and shrimp.
Pour into unbaked pie shell, then bake at 350Β° for 40 to 45 minutes.
(Makes 2 store bought 9-inch pie shells.)
