Crab Meat Mold
Crab Meat Mold is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 1 large pkg. cream cheese, 1 can cream of mushroom soup, 1 c. mayonnaise, 1 c. finely chopped onion and 1 c. finely chopped celery, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Packed with nutrients and delicious flavors.

In a double boiler, mix cream cheese, soup and mayonnaise. Blend until smooth.
Add celery and onion.
Blend the 2 packages of gelatin with 1/4 cup cold water.
Add to double boiler mixture.
Remove from heat.
Fold in crabmeat.
Pour into oiled mold.
Allow to set 3 hours or overnight before unmolding.
Serves 12.
