Crab Meat Appetizer
Crab Meat Appetizer is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 2 to 3 pkg. imitation crab meat, 1 to 2 onions, chopped, 3 to 4 celery sticks, finely chopped, mayonnaise and salt and pepper to taste, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. A crowd-pleaser that never disappoints.

Chop crabmeat into pieces and place in bowl.
Add chopped onions and chopped celery.
Add enough mayonnaise to make moist. Add salt and pepper to taste.
Chill 30 minutes to 1 hour.
Serve with crackers/saltines.
