Crab Cheese Buns
Crab Cheese Buns is an easy dinner. Made with 2 c. shredded cheddar cheese, 1/3 c. margarine, 1 (7 1/2 oz.) can crab meat, drained and 6 english muffins, split, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Bursting with flavor in every bite.
Heat cheese and margarine until melted in microwave; stir until mixed.
Mix in crab meat and add dash of garlic (if desired) and dash of salt.
Spread mixture on muffin and place under broiler.
Broil 4 to 5 minutes until brown and bubbly.
Serve as light snack or as a meal with a tossed salad or cole slaw and fresh fruit!
