Crab Casserole II
Crab Casserole Ii is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 8 slices bread, 2 c. crab or shrimp, 1/2 c. mayonnaise, 1 onion, chopped and 1 green bell pepper, chopped, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Simple to make and full of bold, satisfying flavors.
Dice 4 slices of bread into buttered baking dish.
Mix crab or shrimp, mayonnaise, onion, bell pepper and celery.
Spread on bread.
Trim crusts from last 4 slices of bread and place on top. Next, beat the eggs.
Add milk and pour over the mixture in baking dish.
Refrigerate overnight.
Then bake for 15 minutes at 325°. Take out of oven and spread soup on top.
Sprinkle with cheese and paprika. Bake 1 hour at 325°.
