Crab Casserole
Crab Casserole is an impressive dinner. Made with 8 to 10 slices white bread, cubed, 2 lb. crab meat, 3/4 c. mayonnaise, 1 onion, chopped fine and 1 green pepper, chopped fine, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Packed with nutrients and delicious flavors.

Grease a 16-inch baking dish and put in 1/2 bread crumbs.
Mix crab meat, mayonnaise, onion, pepper, celery and pimento and place on bread cubes.
Put remaining bread cubes on crab mixture.
Mix eggs, milk, salt and pepper and pour over casserole; let set overnight in refrigerator.
Next day, cover with undiluted soup and bake at 325Β° for 50 minutes.
Add cheese and paprika and bake 10 minutes.
