Crab Casserole

Made with 1 c. grated sharp cheddar cheese, 2 c. medium white sauce, 2 egg yolks, beaten, 2 c. crabmeat (fresh, canned or imitation) and 2 tbsp. melted butter, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Add cheese to white sauce.
Stir until well melted.
Remove from heat.
Add to beaten egg yolks gradually.
